What do we expect from you?
- University Degree in HR or a related field;
- Familiar with interviewing techniques & assessment tools;
- Good computer skills (Office, Google Apps);
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
- Relevant recruitment experience is a plus but not required
The role
The main activities and responsibilities
- Work closely with local recruiter in order to set the candidates lists
- Post job ads on online platforms and local press and local AJOFM page
- Assist the process of technical testing of candidates at the company's local offices.
- Provide full and proactive support to the local HR team and management
- Responsible for welcoming the new employees and for the onboarding process;
- Participate in various company branding events;
- Available for occasional trips to satellite office in Aiud
- Point of contact for administrative needs (facility, office supply, documents flow)
