Atributii principale
- achizitii materiale: asigurarea necesarului de consumabile, urmarirea acestora, efectuarea de rapoarte periodice de consum, comunicare furnizori etc
- activitati de secretariat: preluare apeluri telefonice, preluare vizitatori la sediu, multiplicare documente, pregatire dosare la cererea departamentului administrativ etc
- organizare ocazionala delegatii: achizitie bilete avion/organizare transport auto, rezervari hotel, verificare conformitate, comunicare informatii catre angajati
- organizare ocazionala de evenimente: cautare locatii, vizionare, alcatuire agenda eveniment, verificare detalii, comunicare cu furnizorul si participantii
- organizare birou: verificare stare spatii birou (necesar mobilier, comenzi diverse), verificare sali de sedinta si spatii comune si raportare necesitati de mentenanta catre echipa tehnica si management
- organizare si distribuire diverse materiale (cadouri de Craciun, obiecte promo, tichete de masa, formulare semnaturi etc)
Secretarul/secretara va raporta in activitatea zilnica directorului de punct de lucru. Activitatea se va desfasura in biroul din Alba Iulia, dar va exista o comunicare permanenta si cu celelalte birouri. Activitatea nu implica deplasari interne sau externe.
Doar candidatii potriviti vor fi contactati in vederea unui interviu.
