18. Service Specific Terms

18.1  The terms in this clause 18 apply only if You use these specific Services which We offer. If there is any conflict between this clause 18 (and related links) and the other terms of these Terms of Business, then this clause 18 shall take precedence.

18.2  Client money

18.2.1  Subject to any specific provisions set out in the Engagement Letter or Schedule of Services, We may, from time to time, hold non-investment money on Your behalf. See here.

18.4.2  Clauses 10.5, 10.6 and 10.7 of the Terms (Limitation of Liability) may not apply in respect of FCA regulated services provided by our FCA Regulated Businesses. Variations to these terms, if relevant, will be included in specific Schedule of Services issued in respect of such Services.
