Josefina brings over two decades of experience in operations management, executive support, and cross-functional coordination. Originally from Spain, she studied English Language and History in Barcelona before relocating to Dublin in 1998 to deepen her English fluency and expand her career opportunities.
Since joining the firm in 2003, Josefina has become an indispensable part of the team. Her exceptional organisational abilities ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Sandyford office, while her self-taught IT expertise has made her the go-to person for systems, security, and technology support. In addition to managing office operations, procurement, and facilities, she plays a key role in internal compliance processes and supports the firm’s Forensic Investigations and Finance teams.
Josefina is also a creative force behind the firm’s interior design and event planning, contributing significantly to a positive and professional work environment. Her role as Director of Operations & Executive Assistant to the Office Managing Partner is as varied as it is essential—no two days are ever the same, and she thrives on the challenge.
