Support Delivery Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Between 5 and 7 years’ experience in the IT Industry
  • Experience with nearshoring or working/studying in a multinational environment
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working with IT Support, automation, integrations and/or software development is desired
  • Ability to work independently as well as together with a team
  • Capacity to train and coach project members
  • Problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge and information management
  • Proficient in English. Experience with working or studying in English

As Support Delivery Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, coordination, execution and closure of assigned projects in the area of IT
  • Support, automation and integrations
  • Follow up project members
  • Monitor and report project performance, deviations and delays
  • Implement necessary actions to reach the project goals
  • Assess and manage risk factors in assigned projects

As Support Delivery Manager you will have the following tasks:

  • Follow up the quality of deliveries from AIR IT Support
  • Coordinate transfer of tasks from AIN to AIR together with the Team Leaders
  • Ensure that all procedures related to IT Support are followed
  • Suggest improvements to current processes, propose new solutions when necessary
  • Follow up with Team Leaders on transferred tasks
  • Point of escalation between AIR and AIN
  • AIR IT representative in projects related to IT Support
  • Measure and report on relevant KPIs
  • Analyze and plan workload and resource capacity together with Team Leaders and AIN IT
  • Request training and resources from AIN IT when needed
  • Facilitate communication between AIN and AIR IT
  • Point of contact for AIR Production units, escalation point
