We have an exciting opportunity as a Department Manager in our office from Alba Iulia.

- Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling

- Ability to develop standardization across customer groups
- Ability to build trust across departments and teams
- Advanced English skills, both spoken and written
As a Department Manager you will work with resource management, quality assurance control and transfer processes across teams and customers. You will work together with the team leaders and office manager to ensure an optimal utilization of consultants time, and you will facilitate communication and decision making regarding prioritization.
As a Department Manager you will also work to improve existing quality regime and ensure communication to the Nordic organization regarding the changes in procedures.
